Hi Syl, you have probably accidently subscribed to the threads.

Click Me (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription)

That will give you a list of all the threads, and to the very right, there is a tick box. Make sure there are no ticks in them if you dont want e-mails from that particular thread.
