Has anyone applied for this or seen any information on it?

They are going to put 5 people in a house together with a team of therapists to try and imrove aspects of their lives.

I have applied as I would do anything to get better and my CBT is due to finish in 2 weeks, but as usual i'm starting to be a scaredy cat!

Will give a proper update later on but just wanted to let you know that I got in. Will be filming 23rd April until 4th May and pray this is just what I need and all the help will change my life for the better :)

I will definately let you all know how it goes.

I go in to the house on Sunday and must admit I am petrified but know it's something I need to do. Wouldn't get this sort of help on the NHS or anything.

Yes it will be on in September I think. Every day for an hour for 2 weeks! In the afternoon!

Well tomorrow is the day!

I am being picked up at 11 tomorrow and i'm there for 2 weeks.

I am absolutely petrified but i so don't want to be anxious and panicky all the time. Hopefully will put me on the road to recovery.

Hi Denise and Lynn

I am feeling fab probably 99% of the time now. I had a panic attack yesterday, my first since I left the house 6 weeks ago. But today I am feeling fine :D

I still have lots of support which is great. I am still seeing Derek the psychotherapist for anything I didn't want to talk about on camera and in touch with Gill, who I did the tapping therapy with. I am seeing her soon for a follow up session. I also get to go and do workout sessions with Janey the fitness expert whenever I want.

The others are doing pretty well also. I speak to Andy and Tracey all the time.

So all in all doing great. It's by no means a miracle cure but now know how to deal with these feelings when they come along which isn't very often now :yesyes:

really well done:yesyes: i put in for the show house of agoraphobics, didnt get in though, ive been watching the show and like all who have the panic we disguise it well, im so glad its working for you, just goes to show what determination youve got to heal your self, once again well done:hugs:
