Effexor withdrawal

I'm trying to get off venlafaxine and am on the last tiny dose of the drug (1/8th of a 75mg tablet). I;ve tried stopping this last bit totally but soon felt depersonalised/aching/anxious - what's the best wasy to get off this stuff pl????????

I wish I had an answer for you. I got off it and after a few days felt awful like you do. Went to see the shrink yesterday and she reckons it's a psychological dependance and I can deal with that in my therapy sessions. How has it come to this!!
