Just a little hug pls...

Am having another one of those days when i just want to crawl under the duvet and never come out. Am at work but i keep welling up and having to hold back crying is making me feel worse. have to go collect my daughter from school later but I just want someone else to do it all cos I feel like I cant do anything.
my head is a mess - got too much going round it as usual. been stuffing face with rubbish food which is going to make me feel worse later but i cant seem to help myself
just want someone to wave a magic wand and make everything better. i feel so guilty cos i havent really got anything to be upset or worried about compared to everyone else. I just seem to reach a point where the responsibility of everything gets too much and I crack.
just a little hug would be really nice
