I have suffered panic attacks since 1993 though I have had a few good years panic free until recently when I had a few blips again.

I am 42 and live with Alex and our 2 cats in Bedfordshire.
I created NMP to help others and help myself and it certainly has helped me and I have met some fantastic friends through the site.
