Hello my Name is Linda,
Im 44 yr old widow w/2 older sons, I have first experienced a bad panic attack 1 month after having my last son 1 month later and continued with a vengence for many yrs,was agraphobic.. till i realized what I had and really worked hard on myself.....I work alot, taking care of elderly and cleaning homes. its really tough some days but you just move on, I joined NMP back in 06 i believe and have got lots of support and made some good frinds and met some really caring people which im very greatful, I dont get on much anymore, but i do pop on from time to time....I wish you all well and know this shall pass ,stay true to yaself and stay positive:) ..Linda xxxx
