I've been dealing with anxiety/panic & health anxiety for around 17 years. I was housebound for about 4 years. But through some work I am now able to go out anxiety free most of the time. I have 4 children. Andy is 22, Danny is 21, Nick is 18, and Megan is 17 and I have my Grandson Austin who just turned 3 (who I call my little Peanut) :)
I've been a member of the site since June of 2005 and an admin for about a year.
I believe in this site and the power that the information and support here can have on people's lives. I know because this site has been a real God send to me. Through the support and information here I was able to make some real progress in overcoming my anxiety and have conquered agoraphobia - most of the time.
I still battle sometimes but knowing that there are people here who really care and know how I am feeling really helps me make it through the tough times.
