hi to all who can help, i cant get into chat, i think it may be my computer, when i go to get in and it starts loading the internet connection stops working, iv tried on and off for a few weeks now but no luck, im not very good with computers, so if any one has any ideas id be happy, everything else seems to be working ik,like facebook,msn etc thank you x

Hi Nic.

When you say the Internet Connection stops working, do you mean that you cannot use the internet at all from that point?

Also, can you provide me with details of

Internet Service Provider (i.e. AOL),
Version of Operating System (i.e. Windows XP)
Internet Browser you are using (i.e. Microsoft Internet Explorer).
Hope to get this resolved ASAP.

hi do you have java down loaded on to your computer. i bought a new PC recently and couldn't get into chat till i'd down loaded it. it could be your internet security settings. i've been using the NMP chat room with out many problems since 2002 apart from the odd booting which we all have the odd problem with thats just one of those thing. i hope you get it sorted and will see you in chat soon.

Hi all having problems gettin into chat room any help wud be great as im having this problem bout 2 wks now . I get as far as loading logo image but thats it it does nothing after that no matter how long i wait ...im using IE ...windows XP thats all i can tell u as computers its like a foreign lanuage to me lol but any help wud be appreciated thank u
