so i recently had a temporary filling.
they used cold air on my teeth for some reason and oh my god the pain!
my teeth are super sensitive and the cold air had my legs jumping off the chair.
i kept my upper body still. im my head I was praying I would just pass out.
Now I've to go back for fillings and a root canal so they will be using cold air and freezing cold water on my teeth.
I'M TERRIFED OF THE PAIN.
It just seems so cruel and unfair. they may be good reason for using cold water maybe to cool down the drill!
but i will be going to my doctor and ask for anything to help me survive the pain. i also have to take a sedative to see the dentist so they may not be any strong painkiller's he can give!
I'm so so terrified about going through all that pain again. I really did feel like i was being tortured!
any advice?
