pins and needles [Archive]

I have been for quite a few blood tests and only minor things showed up. But for the past 10 months I have had pins and needles all over my face and body. Can't sleep either, so fed up of this.

This is due to your incorrect breathing so you are not getting enough oxygen to your feet/fingers etc.

Have a read of the symptoms page on the left and it explains it.
