Multiple logins

Please can I remind users not to create a new account just because they forgot their previous login or password.

We can find your details quite easily if you contact us and it is making a lot of extra work for the admins to chase up duplicate logins and merge accounts etc.

You do NOT need to create a new account - just contact us and we will sort the login out for you.

If i remember correctly, there is an option to contact administrator which sends and e-mail to Nic.

Basically Emms you take complete control of someone else's computer so you can go anywhere as though you were on your own computer.

We use it at work to diagnose user problems as we can log on to that person's computer to see what they are trying to do.

No that is fine Pamii. We just try to stop mutliple accounts that is all.
