My photography.

Hi everyone

Well i thought i would take the plunge and post something in here.

I am teaching myself photography as it is the only thing i have ever had an ongoing interest in.My anxiety has held me back so much though and it has only been recently that i have build up the courage to photograph people.Its really where i want to go and would ultimately love to be a photographer when i grow up lol.

I just hope i can overcome what im struggling with so one day i can achieve what i would love to do.

Please please carry on with this.. you are soooo talented.. all im all excited about these.

I can tell you for sure you DO have a future in photography and never ever doubt it.... stupid anxiety won't hold you back.... anything creative is great to help anxious people.. its a wonderful focus (excuse the pun lol).

Please pm me if you ever get a website to sell your photographs or anything.. id absolutely buy one from you (if i can afford it lol).

How old are you by the way.. sorry i dont know??

Its so nice to hear good feedback.I have been interested for so long but when its hard to mingle with society it just puts a stop to anything you want to achieve in life.

I have just started out with my 1st SLR (Canon EOS 1000 with 18-55mm & 55 -250mm) but I am a total novice, and would love to be able to get to your standard.

Are you learning self-taught or taking a course?

Its a whole different world with a slr isnt it!

Still a complete noob myself really.There is still a lot of swearing at the camera involved in a shoot lol.What area of photography are you interested in?

Well I really fancied doing motorsport, as I have Rockingham speedway near me, Silverstone etc, but my mate who now does this for a living (he was a plasterer) told me I would at least need a 500mm lense which would be a staggering £1,500.

I would also like to do wildlife, and landscapes in seasons. I have only had the thing for a couple of months, and when I take it off auto, I swear too ;)

To be honest, the more I read about photograghy (on the net mainly) the more I realise I don't know lol.

I am still getting my head around F stops, focal length and depth of field.
