I always have OCD related worry everyday and just can't help it. Everything worries me and often I don't even know what I'm worrying about. It's pretty amazing but after closely analyzing my thoughts, here is what I have found.
1.I worry if other people are happy.
2. I worry about the feelings of others.
3. I worry about doing things perfectly.
4. I worry about people being disrespected. I react to this worry by making weird mental repeats and analzing, causing me great distress.
5. I worry about people disrespecting me and being mean to me.
6. I worry about losing things.
7. I worry if I processed all the information I read.
8. I fear a lot and feel threatened by the words and actions of people constantly.
9. I worry about being underestimated by other people.
10. I stick with the same forms of thoughts and can't move on.
My OCD has caused me great distress and has caused my hair to turn prematurely gray. I just can't stop worrying about stuff.
