Fight or Flight
Having had clinical depression, situations that affect me emotionally, can send me into a spiral if I let them........ now I know the signs, I try very hard to work on the 'fight' side rather than the 'flight' side. Anyone else out there doing the same?

Re: Fight or Flight
Hi, i got that depressed that i didn't care if i had a panic attack, i stuck two fingers upto it, and said do you're worst, then got in car, and went through redlight, went to supermarket, and a couple of other places, and you know what?... the signs were thier, and i was a little anxius, but the more i did the better, i felt, I was so happy that day, and didn't want it to end...
You Can fight it, if you accept it!, its not easy, i was in bed for two days solid, thinking i was realy cracking up.
I still get bad days, i have the ~Flu now, so real symptoms lol,
but have started to feel a little better, take it day by day, and keep up the fight :-)

Phil
I don't have panics thank god. However, I get high levels of anx and I don't know how you can accept the horrible feelings. I so wish someone would tell me how to accept it and explain.
Well done Phil - you are doing great.
