Since I've had my 1st "attack" I've felt like sometimes when I touch something it feels like I can't actually feel it.
Anyone else ever get this?

I get this quite a lot its really annoying! When im really bad i cant feel my body either and ive started pinching myself i think its got something to do with the oxygen in our bodies x
That has happened to me too. Weird how our bodies respond to anxiety and stress.
Yeah it's happened to me too, there's 2 possible causes, one is hyperventilation, you breathe too rapidly and get too much oxygen in your system and it makes your hands go tingly then numb. The other reason is that you can just get so tense that your thinking seems to retreat back in your head and because you can't think straight you get confused about your perceptions. It doesn't harm you though, so try not to worry about it. the way to make it stop is to slump your shoulders, relax your arms and breathe slowly abdominally.
