what tests are next

i posted recently that i was getting an endoscopy and colonoscopy because i was iron deficient anaemic,well it turns out there was nothing wrong down there,relief,well now im worrid sick that it might be something else maybe more serious,ive got an appointment tomo with the GP to discuss the findings although i already know the are ok because i phoned the doctors today and the receptionist told me the results said "no action required" and i hope they say its been my diet,but my diet is ok,not great but ok,im scared there is something wrong with my bone marrow or my spleen because dr google says so,i wont sleep tonight.
