How did you become a no more panick user?

I have been reading these fourms over the last day, and one thing I am getting mixed up with is trying to peice together who suffers with what conditions and fears etc. Though you may all think its none of my business anyway, I;d be very interested to know?

What causes your anxiety?
What are your fears?
Do you suffer physiological symptoms?
Where did it all start for you? Was there a particular event that caused your condtion?
Wgat stage are you at?
What treatments have you used and which do you recommend?

hi if you check out the main menu on left hand side and go to forum you will see list of all different problems and also if you click on the person say like you jon211 then click on see public profile you can then click on where it says threads started by them and they usually say abit about what they suffering from and so on. sorry if that didnt make sense hehe, have a play around on the site and you will work it all out xxxx
