How can i gain weight?

Im getting a lil better but i still cant eat solid food and im losing weight, wuts something very fattening that i can have to gain weight and keep my weight in check?

milkshake? mashed potatoes and egg yolk with cheese on top? any suggestions? maybe get a blender and liquify food? any suggestions?

Hi John,

when i was at my worst and could not eat i used to get these drinks that were a meal in one, My grandma had them after an operation to help build her up, im sure they were called complan, they were like a milkshake thing quite awful but just gave me sum energy,
i couldnt eat anything with a strong smell or taste, lived of scrambled eggs and salads, oh and porridge
just keep trying with lots of little things dont make yourself big portions or you will put yrself off just lots of little things often

Hi there, glad to hear that you are a little better, take things slowly, as for eating, as you say scrambled eggs, omelettes, soups, don't worry about making yourself 'fat' just try to eat little and often, anything you fancy, whenever you fancy it. Once you lose your appetite, it is hard to get it back, take it one day at a time and keep in touch.
