It doesnt mean you have schizophrenia to take these, they are used at low doses to help with anxiety.
I am taking flupentixol at the moment , its not as effective as I thought it might be but still early days I suppose.
If they dont help I will keep trying till I find one that does, that goes for antidepressants as well.
