This morning I noticed a couple spots blood when I blew my nose gently. All day long Ive had a watery , sniff , sniff type thing and then started to sound nasal and my ears crackling a little.
Could this be to do with the cold weather we,ve been having and then a warm atmosphere affecting sinus's ?
Yea, when you're all sniffly you can sometimes get little bits of blood. Happens to me when I get a sniffly nose too, can't tell you why to be honest but is normal. xx
I've had blood from both nostrils when blowing my nose for well over two years now. For a long time it freaked me out. It all started with a sinus infection with pain around the eyes and eyebrows. Other times I get no pain and still get blood when blowing my nose. It could also simply be the tiny blood vessels in your 'littles area' a specific part of the nose prone to bleeding, especially in a dry atmosphere like a centrally heated home or office.
I honestly, honestly wouldn't worry!
