Pain in different areas of body

Hi,

I've had health anxiety for a while now, but one of the triggers is pain, which seems to move around my body which my brain then attributes to some awful cancer or other.

Over the last couple of years i've had pain in my right hip (which I was convinced was secondary cancer), chest (lung cancer), upper back (secondary cancer again), right pelvic area (ovarian cancer) and now in my right abdomen which I've associated with bowel cancer.

The pain is certainly real but generally goes away after a while, before springing up elsewhere and starting the whole HA spiral again.

Just wondering if anyone else suffers from this, and if there's any rational reason behind it?
