Potential clonus after bike ride??? Worried, please help!!
So I have been going to the gym regularly of late, and I do the elliptical each time.
Today in particular, I really exerted myself, and by the end of my 20 minute ride, my feet specifically were shuddering in a manner very similar to clonus. I tested myself by rapidly cycling for a second, and sure enough, my feet shuddered as I pushed down.
I've heard grave stories follow this symptom (like ALS or MS)...could this be clonus? Or is this just general muscle exertion that is common place.
Can clonus be triggered by a workout, in healthy people?
PLEASE HELP!!!

When you exert yourself, your muscles will shake. It's got absolutely nothing to do with having a condition, it's just what happens.

You read about clonus related to neurological issue and now you think you have it, you don't. If you had clonus you would have many more neurological issues and currently you have none.
Btw, muscles shake when you exert yourself.
I actually have subclonus in both of my feet, one doctor even wrote clonus once when I went due to muscles tremors. It was nothing of course and it wasn't clonus it was subclonus which is caused by accumulated tension due to anxiety.
