iv had a massage!!

hi guys,
well iv had that massage (by a professional), and i tell u wat iv never felt so relaxed!! i was soo anxious cos i dont 'normally' let anyone touch me full stop. i was also anxious about whether the practitioner would 'judge' me or would feel uneasy about touching me since my self harm marks are still quite noticable....
but, she didnt give a second thought- or at least i think she didnt...
the wierd thing about all this was that someone is genuinely helping me out and i let them!
even more, i let someone touch me, which is a BIG thing for me. it felt great. in conclusion, my advice is LET people help you, and there will be people that'll make things worse, but dont let an experience like that put u off, see it has a learning curve
