Upping dose from 10mg to 20mg

Really hope some of you can help. Have been taking 10mg of citalopram for 4 weeks and my doctor has just upped the dose to 20mg. After 2 days on the higher dose I have been having the same side effects I had when I first started on the 10mg - feeling really sick, dizzy, palpatations and more anxious. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and if these side effects will fade after my body has got used to the increased dose? I also find that I feel sleepy during the evening but then when I go to bed I wake up early, sometimes 5am feeling anxious and sick.

When I started on the 10mg the side effects lasted for about 2 weeks. Really hope I won't be feeling this way for another 2 weeks!! :weep:
