went to cafe x

only a small accomplishment but on saturdays before all of this started six months ago we would all go out for a cafe breakfast, haven't done this for 6 months but this weekend we went in it was packed and i ordered and sat down with quite a lot of anxiety lol but we ate i relaxed and although it was only something small really enjoyed myself and was really proud of myself. i know its not a lot but a few months even a few weeks i would not have even considered doing this so i hope it gives some hope to people in the same boat that some things can be done no matter how small. xx

and you ate too! wow I'm ok with cafes but my anxiety stops me from being able to eat! but coffee's good enough for me :-)

i actually managed to go to the cinema today with my husband (cinema was pretty empty but still a scary place for me lol) ... 1st time in 3 years and im so proud and had a pretty good time too :)
