Bowel Cancer Fear

Hi there. I'm starting to freak out I may have bowel cancer. My last few poos have been a bit weird, It feels like hardly anything comes out and then I look and there's loads of poo down the toilet and i only go about every 3 to 4 days. Anyone had this? I have been on a low calorie diet since Jan to lose weight so I only eat about 1300 calories weekdays and maybe 1600 on weekend days and also been under a lot of stress and I'm single parent to a a child with additional needs so sometimes I have to hold it in as don't always find time to go. So could it be constipation? Anyone had anything like this?

The less you eat, the less you'll go. Don't be surprised if a change in your eating habits results in a change in your toilet habits. What you've described is very vague and certainly doesn't sound like bowel cancer or illness of any kind.
