Stupid fear of next door neighbour

I have a very stupid phobia of my next door neighbour. There is no real substance to this phobia but remains with me.I s there any body with suggestions to possibly assist.

Hi. Have you met your neighbour? Sometimes meeting someone can put your mind at ease.

Do you know any of your other neighbours?

What does the phobia involve ? Is it something he`s done/said ? Is it just coming into contact with him and having to make small talk with him ?
Has he done anything to cause the phobia ?
Anything in particular about him that bothers you ?
