I always get like this a few months before Xmas, birthdays, holidays etc and it is ruining them!

Yep, this is totally me. Heck, my HA began tweaking when I knew my hair appointment yesterday was going to be a long one! I think it's because HA is a misplaced coping strategy our minds have devised to deal with stuff beyond our control, so it flares any time that would normally be stressful.
Always! I'm always worried I (or someone in the family) will get sick before a trip or important event. I'm on such high alert for that I feel like it really ups up the hypersensitivity.
