Pen Pal for Health Anxiety

33 year old male.
I drive my girlfriend crazy with my anxiety and depression, so I need to look for something. I don't have much of a circle outside of her, but I've been really put through the ringer with my health and health anxiety the last year. I could be a good person to bounce off your health worries as well, as I tend to be very level-headed when I take myself out of the equation.
