Breast checks

Hi

I'm 62 and have had health anxiety/.depression for almost 40 years. I have two main phobias, one of the breast and the other with the stomach area.
When my breast phobia was bad I was fortunate enough to see a
lady who checked me every three months. I gradually got to have
such faith in her and for the last 20 years have seen her. She
has now retired however and does not know anyone who does this.
She had a Feminine Health Clinic at her house.. I am in the East Herts/Essex (Harlow) borders and apart from going to the docs to see if anyone there will do this I don't know of anyone else. She literally saved my life many times as well as knowing about other women's things. I feel
lost now and wondered if there was anyone else in my area who
knew of anyone. There is no way I will be able to do it as I also
have OCD and did get into a situation checking other parts of my
body. I have had so many alternative therapies over the years.
I've had my own family business for 40 years and when at work I
am a different person. As you all know, it does help but when at home
the thinking begins and my fear of death/illness is there with me a lot
of the time. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
