Worried about face tingling.

I've had face tingling before but this time its just one the right side of my face and right shoulder has some pain along with my right hand being a little tingly.I keep telling myself its anxiety because i can smile,talk and lift my arms with no problems what so ever. I really don't know how else to reassure myself that I'm not having a stroke or something and the more i think about it the more symptoms i have. Anyone have any advice? It would be greatly appreciated. I've also been on sertraline for the past 7 weeks so i have no idea if that's is a factor or not.
