Does it get rid of the butterflies in tummy

Hi all just wondering if this gets rid of the butterflies and nervous feelin in your tummy? Wakin up with it and finding it really horrible!!

I have been debating going on mess just to suppress the churning tummy because to be honest that is what seems to be keeping my panic alive! It's starting to really frustrate me, I seem to wake feeling fine and then a few minutes later the uneasy butterflies and churning starts and last most of the day but then it does subside by the early evening, I can't eat either and that causes me to just constantly shake! If I could get rid if the churning I think I would cope so very much better...
