I've posted about them earlier, had been doing really well, but I was sitting down on a printer working on a computer when i suddenly got a dizzy spell taht lasted for 5 seconds, like I knew what was happening and I tried snapping out of it and it stopped when I got up. Had a panic attack and now I'm mostly calm but I'm anxious as to what happened. I talked to my doc on the phone and he said its anxiety, but I never had a spell that long before.
It sounds like anxiety to me or a number of natural causes, but nothing bad or dangerous comes to my mind :) x

I had this a few times this week actually. One time I was a bit anxious, and the other I was just working at my computer and suddenly the whole world felt like it was tilting in one direction, and even when I shifted my position it continued (for about 5ish seconds). It only went away when I started fixating on my breathing pattern. I used to get this a lot actually just while lying in bed and either being on my phone or watching something on my laptop - I actually think it has to do with neck strain!!
