i have been for a walk & i am trying hard to stay busy at work even tho its quiet.
1. I went out to my mum's for the first time since having my bad panic attack at hers a few days ago. Still have DP/DR from this panic attack which sucks.
2. I also went for a walk myself around the block
3. I didn't go back to bed as soon as I felt bad
1. Showered
2. Been to the talking shop
3. Been to a social cafe at Mind
4. Been to see a friend
5. Bought a t-shirt and nice new shirt
6. All whilst experiencing very bad DP/DR and feeling like I was going to lose everything
Had my first therapy session. Feeling very good. Confident that I will beat this thing.

Got out of bed, made lunch and finished a job application. I know it doesn't seem much but it feels like something i couldn't have done a couple of months ago
Even though I don't like going to the dentist because I get embarrassed how I feel about my teeth. I still kept my appointments at the dentist, I have improved on my brushing

I did an exam yesterday, I drove there and back for the first time since November and in the snow which ended up being over an hour home today. I stayed away from home at my boyfriends for the first time since November as well. And I just found out I got an A for 1 module. :D (exhausted now!!)
