I still get that cotton wool thing too at times, although I've managed to link it to tension I think. Its very hard to understand the over-thinking, worrying etc I've found I have days where it happens n now others where it doesn't. You just have to try n accept it as a part of how you are at present n its a difficult skill to master. Did you feel any better before the increase or has there been no improvement at all do you think? The fact you had a good day Fri is a good sign I think x x
Yes Super I think you're right, Friday was hopefully a good sign. I definitely over-think things, which leads me to engage too much with my worries and makes it worse. And then I find that I might feel better for a bit but another related worry enters my head.
I did feel much better after the increase to 30mg, and that lasted a few weeks which was lovely.
When you feel a bit better can you see your worries for what they are? I mean that they're irrational or out of proportion? I find when I'm anxious n engaged n over-worry I can't see any other view than the anxious view. But when I feel better, I can see how silly, irrational, or ou of proportion my fears are x x
Yes I can see them for what they are, and that is 95% of the time. But like you, at the moment I can only see the anxious view. This is made much worse at the moment as I have not slept well for a couple of weeks. But i am going to Zumba later as I find it really helps get the stress out and is good fun. Here's hoping! xx

things are not good in the diagnosis house.
My brother blacked out at work yesterday.he is in hospital undergoing tests.my poor mother is up the walls with worry.:weep:
Also made some stupid mistakes during my exam on weds.really annoyed with myself.
feeling so pressured and anxious now. finals in 2 1/2 weeks and i dont know anything.
