Hi Joy Holly says chill:hugs:
Ahhh those little chubby hands:D and the most kissable face, she is gorgeous, you can't be sad looking at her. She does look very wise in that photo - like she's got you sussed, I suspect that grandpa is putty in her hands?
Warm red wine? malt whisky? You chaps sound like proper grown ups. Can't beat a drop of cheap white german plonk or cider myself, sophisticated I am not and I don't care!
Enjoy X
G'day everyone,
Sorry some of you have had a rough few days etc.... Interesting to read about how many meds some of you guys take along with your anti depressants...
My shrink says sometimes the extra sedatives people are prescribed have a rebound affect with the anxiety you already suffer.... When those drugs are getting out of ur system it can cause anxiety etc.
Mind you they def have their place that's for sure.....
Been on lexapro for 5 weeks now 20mg and it's a really good Anti Dep.... So much better and more tolerable than Cit..... So glad I'm off that shit now....
Worked at the lower doses but higher dose it was awful!
I have little moments of Anxiety here and there but I just concentrate on my breathing.... For anxiety breathing is so imPortant.... Keep it slow and steady when anxiety looms.... It's helped me a lot.... Have not had any Diaz or Xanax for 5 weeks sure I've been tempted but if you try or push Urself a bit you will be amazed at what you can do.....
Much love to you all.... My little Millie turns 4 today! For those of you on my FB check the photos.... Am a little anxious as a lot of people coming over etc but that's just natural.....
For those who want to add me it's Jarrod Goodwin I'm friends with Pink, WW and Nicola on here so u could add me from their page!
Xxxxxxx
Wrapped around her little pudgy finger Sam. She's quite a serious, thoughtful baby so when she smiles it just melts my cold, Scottish heart:D
Morning/evening J, good to read that you're on the mend:)
And to everyone else, whether you're feeling good or shite have one of these:hugs:

Same old - say no more.
The family came home last night, the army supervise the ten tors event and in the lead up patrol dartmoor to check everyone is safe and obeying the rules! last night the army pulled all the teams off the moors because of the conditions. 2 weeks to the actual event and both my babies are walking 35 miles:ohmy:, it's a tough challange cos they have to carry all their water, food, tents etc, camp overnight and navigate over moorland to checkpoints. A brilliant achievement if they can do it. My daughters 15 and quite petite and I can't even lift her rucksack - it's half her weight, my son is 13 and 6 foot! but he's my baby and not that confident. Anyway - life in Sam's world:) - can't be arsed talking about how crap I feel.
Holly's photos made my husband smile Mr W and he's a blokey kind of bloke! I can imagine that lovely baby smell and feel of their skin, give her a snuggle from me X
:hugs:to you all
Hi - Joy sorry you had a bad night - it leaves you feeling rough throughout the following day. Hopefully it will get a bit better .
Woke up with a headache, but tbh, nothing I cannot handle and the anxiety is not too bad, managed to make a batch of fruit scones - as hubby doing a roast (not baked since been like this) but the bumping up to 20mg - we'll see how that one goes - imagine the anxiety will kick in then! I took a co-codamol last night to help me sleep as did not want sleepers.
Sam - sorry you are feeling rubbish - hopefully you'll improve later on?
Nicola - sorry you are feeling so poorly and the anxiety is horrendous - take a diazepam - you need it!
Speak to you later Laura:hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:
