well i managed to go shopping for a couple of hours and brought jack some new summer clothes :yesyes: am still constantly thinking how im feeling tho which is driving me mad  i panic cause i don't feel anxious ARGH you can't win!! xx
You're getting there Nicola, did you get yourself anything for the holiday? I know what you mean about thinking about how you're feeling all the time, it's like we're waiting for it to happen - and if you feel it coming it won't take you by surprise so much and you can prepare. I think it's a confidence thing and the longer you go without anxiety the easier it will get.
Well I'm not going anywhere this summer - apart from one night at the Olympics (200m final!!:D), I think there's enough of us following this thread to keep it going and continue the support.
Here's a pic of my Pep, she's 14 weeks old now and a little star, wouldn't be without her.

This photo is at the start of the Ten Tors on Dartmoor to give an idea of the scale of it. My daughter has about 12 blisters on her feet, some of them are huge:ohmy:and scabs on her hips from carrying so much in her rucksack.
As for me - I'm doing OK. Reduced the Prozac to 20mg every other day now, the less I take the better I feel, I think the 40mg daily just overloaded me and it takes so long to get out of your system I know I may have to go back up a bit but at the mo I'm doing much better and playing it day to day. Even thinking about returning to work - not for a couple of weeks but I can hope and plan.
Good luck this evening Joy X
Love and hugs to everyone else
Sam
Aw sam shes gorgeous :D your poor daughter bless her :hugs: glad your feeling a bit better :hugs: x x
Hi folks, bloody awful day here. I was hitching the trailer to the car this morning and pulled a muscle in my neck. Couldn't do much at Andy's because the pain was so bad. Karly gave me some Diclophenac so hopefully that'll kick in soon.
Sorry for being a pain in the neck:blush:
Evening everyone, hows everyones day been? not a bad one for me but not counting my chickens yet!! xx

Evening, had a tiring day shifting more of my stuff into storage. Anxiety pretty low, but sooo tired now.
I'm looking at this page and thinking..cherry, 70% and perhaps banoffee? http://www.whittard.co.uk/hot_chocol...olate_flavours
How's everyone else doing?
Sam, Pep looks lovely! I love dogs :) And the Ten Tors is a tough challenge.. even thinking about it makes my feet hurt
Hi there
Not the best of days for me - anxiety been horrid and had a lot of dp - hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Sam your dog is so gorgeous - she is growing - hope your daughter is less sore - bless her!
Oh Mr W - that is painful - the diclofenac should help that's a strong painkiller.
Pleased Nicola your day was a bit better with your retail therapy and Simon go for the cherry and oh banoffee - live on the edge!
and hope Joy gets some help from the psychiatrist.
Speak to you tomorrow.
Love Laura
