Re: What have you done today to make you feel proud??
I am proud because I have just learn't to play 'Fur Elise ' by Beethoven on the piano, all by myself, even though my head wanted to smash in to the keys and my head felt like it was exploding!! But I did it!
My partner is a professional musician and he was amazed at my determination and my swearing. 😁
It just proves what we can do even with Anxiety in tow. :yesyes:

Yep really like that film and I've come so close many times in traffic to getting out and just waking off ,infact most weeks , every now and then I have a good primal scream while driving let's out a bit of steam :D
Carnation I did play the piano once but the landlord of the pub threw me out and said don't come back until you can play and have sobered up , I didn't go back , we have got a drum kit in the house a new fangled electric one , my daughters bf brought it round without asking , on a wood floor it sounds as loud a normal drums , we've come to an agreement play when I'm out , I love music but I have no musical talent so well done you .:)
Thanks magic :hugs:
Re: What have you done today to make you feel proud??
Well it must have been a whole month of relatively low to negligible anxiety, but it had to come to an end at some point. So today proved, my Dad has acute hip pain and now I'm forecasting having to be on hand permanently while simultaneously being there for Mrs F and her health problems.
Took him to the hospital today, the car park was a joke, zero spaces and couldn't relax because I was forced to park in a non-designated space. Not that I was relaxed anyway, the beast was raging as if making up for lost time. So it begins again :weep:
