Chest pain for 3 days after exercise

So 3 days ago I had an exercise test, to monitor my palpitations and to see if my chest pains were heart related.

It went well

the next day it felt like my chest was in a vice, really tight and sore. It has felt like this for 3 days.

BUT IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT ONE BIT

that test was the first time I've truly pushed myself for years due to fear of my palpitations, and it just shows how out of shape i've become.

It has given me the motivation to get myself properly fit again, and I reckon with a healthy body, a healthy mind will follow.

I want to go through with a stress test as well. I have gained weight and lost my endurance due to fear of pushing myself. It's kinda silly because I'm actually doing more harm to myself by being sedentary. :lac:

I had one done late last year. They push you pretty hard. I felt it in my legs the next day.
