Hi GuysI have an ECG today to check things but just wondering if it could be linked to anxiety
Does anyone else when they get stressed/anxious experience a ‘feeling’ (I call it a feeling because it is not a pain more an ache) in their upper left chest area? I am female and mine is above my left breast just under collarbone.
I experience this when I get major palpitations.
I know this is an old post but yes I've had the same thing for a couple years . Seems to show up the most with anxiety . I also don't have heart problems .
I also get this too. Scary, but what in regards to anxiety isn't?
Incidentally, I read recently that if it was actually heart pain, it would be in the centre of the chest not the left and you most likely couldn't point to the area of pain.
