Does anyone else suffer from achy arms and legs

I have been on Citrolapram for a couple of weeks now and am starting to feel a bit calmer BUT I am finding I am getting shaky arms and achy legs. Trying to be rational (ie CBT rational) I am thinking it might be because I am usually so very tense and my body is just not ever been used to relaxing a bit more? I find if I tense my muscles the shaking stops but if I try to relax it starts (this is getting problematic when I try to do a relaxation CD).

Has anyone else experienced this?
