Im not good today..... hanging on by a thread today.....no apetite,tired and ive had enough...........
dont even know i own head,and im frightened cause i dont feel in control..i change from day to the next........anxiety is the only thing thats constant....
wish i had the guts to not be here anymore :(

my dad.He has no idea..I live with him and he doesnt support me like i would like him too.Never hugs me or tells me it will be alright..I feel like im on my own :(
your not on ur own u have us lot :D ive had an absolute rubish couple of days :weep: plus just upped my cit to 30mg today so bit anxious about that too! try to keep positive xx
