Left leg pains / numbness. blood clot?

Hi,

I've been getting increasingly worried over the past week or so. It started with numbness in my left shin, and now i get random pains and numbness in lots of different parts of my left leg. the pain sometimes goes up to my groin.

I'm freaking out thinking about blood clots, but I keep trying to tell myself that it's all anxiety. but as you know, there's always that voice of doubt that keeps telling you ''it's blood clots and it's gonna give you a heart attack / stroke''. i hate this. rational people would probably put it down to strain or something.

Has anyone else had this left leg numbness / pains. the pains are not always in the same place. they come and go in different places.

hiiiiiiiii -my left arm goes numb....and i have put this down to anxiety...but of course its only natural to worry.

maybe go and see your gp...it wouldnt hurt xxxx and it will relieve your mind xxxxx

hmm, yes - i should get it checked. I guess my risks are low, I'm 37, don't smoke, don't drink, had blood tests earlier this year and all was normal (including cholesterol). blood pressure is normally when tested. maybe i'm getting myself in a tizz over nothing.

I'ts like when one symptoms stops freaking you out another one takes its place. do you find that?
