random hot sensation on half my head/face - eye hurting randomly

Guys I'm seriously worrying. Usually I'm worried about heart attacks... But this eve it hit me randomly. I also keep itching the side of my nose! Its not constant and kinda gets worse if I think about it

Has anyone else had this?

Also my ear..

yep..had itching here there and everywhere ..I sure understand the nose and ears and such because of allergies ..they drive me crazy and feels like you are going to come unglued..But hopefully you will feel better soon..Secret ,try not to think about it.Michael
