So I have been sick since January. Very fatigued, dizzy, odd pains. L blood work has come back normal. Last cbc with differential and smear review came back normal. However my monocyte % was 14 and I read anything above 10% is abnormal. Would the smear review rule out any abnormal cells. Total counts were all within normal range. Monocytes did jump from 450 to over 800.
