Dry Throat and Mouth

Stupidly worrying about having a dry throat and mouth the last week or so. Its probably nothing, just me worrying about anything that is Health Related.

Anyone else go through periods of this? Its probably the amount of pollen in the air at the moment, or something silly like a viral infection, but everything always gets blown out of proportion when it comes to health related matters and anxiety.

Had a medical last week and was worrying like mad about that. Usual story came back, all fine, nothing physically wrong. Just totally messed up mentally!!

Perhaps just the aftermath of worrying about my medical, then worrying about the results, thinking that there must be something more wrong that just anxiety.

do you take any meds as some can make you have a dry mouth
