Driven absolutely miles to see my parents. Loooong and arduous journey, packed roads and packed service stations but I did it. knackered but happy.
Oh and yesterday I was the calmest and most assertive i have ever been in my life, when confronted by a pushy person ... At last I have discovered I can be assertive. Wowee.
Went out with my mum and gran for a coffee and walked into town myself and dealt with the crowds. Town was jam packed since it was a sunny day but I still done it. I'm still wary and nervous about going into shops and shopping centres but in the last month I have went from being housebound to going on public transport, walking around a large city, going out for a meal/drinks etc so even though I still have to work on shops and shopping centres, I am so happy and proud at how far I have came :) I done this by forcing and challenging myself and in a way I am surprised its worked, but I am not complaining!
Drove the long journey home from my parents.
Two very productive days at work. good focus.
Protested against Pollution from enetering the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef.:
Today me and my mum signed up for Race for Life in Edinburgh next month :)
Went out of my flat for the second time in 3 days.
Actually said hello to someone first.. in real life!
Helped a little lamb stuck in a stream.
Finished a sewing project that I've been putting off for a couple of weeks. Bought some more fabric this morning to start something new.
I love reading the posts on this thread :)
Today I did a university exam on business law which after a week of obsessive studying and worrying I didn't know enough, turned out I knew far more than anyone! Felt great coming out of the exam :D
