[8D]is there an alternative for panic attacks and anxiety to taking diaxepam and beta blockers as i feel as though i am addicted to taking the diaxepam 2mg one a day and beta blockers one four times a day i feel as i would be better of if i didnot depend on these medications.are there safer alternatives?
