Heart Beat Faster Getting Up and Seem To Be Out Of Breath?

For the last few days when I wake up my heart seems to be beating 80 to 84 beats a minute. When I go to sleep at night it normally between 69 and 76.

When I get up and move around I cough a little and seem like I can't talk and walk around at the sametime. Also my pulse gets higher for the time im up.

In the past it seemed like when I got up and got around my heart would beat fast but then it would readjust for my walking around. It doesn't seem to do this now.

Also I woke this morning and I can always hear my pulse.Something about my ears, but I hear it clearly . It seems to beat weird like its stumbling.

I don't really have the symptoms of heart failure and have been told that my heart is strong so is this just anxiety making me feel this way or could it be something to do with the heart.
