Hi there, I would if you could all list your physical symptoms
I know that most are probably listing there's in differing threads but I'd find it very helpful if folk could list their own symptoms.

Fast heartbeat.
Nausea (never actually being sick though).
Hot flushes.
That's about the only physical symptoms I suffer with. I sometimes shake when the anxiety is over, which is the adrenaline levels returning to normal I believe.

feel like my breathing is shallow, so i concentrate constantly on my breathing
feel like a wave is coming over me
shaky
feel sick
find it harder to swallow

i get the constant tingling sensation on face , scalp arms hands
lack of concentration ,absent minded , forgetful
not able to sleep
poor apetite / weight loss
fast heart beat
feeling of dread and panic

Rapid heartbeat/palpitations
Ectopics
Sweating
Trembling
Hyperventilation, so tingling and seeing spots too
Dry mouth
Need to wee
Upset stomach and "fast digestive transit"
Weakness, especially in the legs
Dizziness
Insomnia
Muscle tension, headache, waking up with sore neck and "dead" arms
Panicked thoughts of death and doom
Not all the time, thankfully, and rarely all at once :winks:.

well the list can go on and on and on but heres my main ones...
lightheaded.. fast heartbeat...hot flasses...shaky..headache..lump in throat..feels like i can't breath..legs go like jelly...rest of body feels weak. etc......................................

In order of the adverse affect they have on me:
- Needing to pass urine, even if I have only just been
- Dry mouth
- Dizziness
- Feeling the tears well up as if I am about to start crying
- Headaches
- Toothache

My biggest anxious feeling is the churning tummy (butterflies but worse)
also
- pins and needles in arms and hands
- sweating
- feeling sick, unable to eat
- fear

What do you mean by ectopics though
